Uncertainty and mystery are energies of life. Don't let them scare you unduly, for they keep boredom at bay and spark creativity.  (R. I. Fitzhenry)

Uncertainty I

Uncertainty prevails
In all we do
In all that is done

Predictability
Is a fantasy
We never see

We hang on the edge
Of a steep divide
Assured of no thing

At best we are poised
At worst we are fear
The outcome cares not

Compassion they teach
Is the practice that
buffers suffering

So calm abiding
Is the antidote
For uncertainty

With my hand open
Wide I glide calmly
To the next divide
